He is currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Skit.ai, where he leads the team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Angshuman holds an MBA in Finance from IMT Ghaziabad and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology.
